Central Supply Clerk Lyonsview Health and Rehabilitation Center – Knoxville, TN Full-Time M-F | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Lyonsview Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a highly motivated Central Supply Clerk to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee. The Central Supply Clerk plays an important role in ensuring nursing and clinical staff have the supplies they need to provide safe, high-quality care to our residents. Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a healthcare, skilled nursing, hospital, medical supply, or inventory setting preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Job Responsibilities: Maintain an organized and well-stocked central supply area. Monitor inventory levels and identify supplies that need to be reordered. Place and receive supply orders according to facility procedures. Check deliveries for accuracy, quantity, and condition. Stock supplies in appropriate locations and rotate inventory as needed. Distribute supplies to nursing units and other departments. Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation. Monitor expiration dates and remove expired or damaged supplies. Communicate with nursing, purchasing, dietary, housekeeping, and other departments regarding supply needs. Help maintain appropriate par levels and minimize waste. Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized supply room.
