Experience:

Strong experience in Modern RPG and SYNON application development
Experience leading small technical teams (3-4 resources)
Background working with DB2 and AS/400 environments

Customer communication & requirement gathering
Application design, build, and configuration

Must-Have Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Modern RPG with deep understanding of DB2 concepts
Expertise in SYNON and OS400-based development
Ability to lead a team technically, guiding design, coding, and unit testing
Experience designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business and process requirements
Strong customer-facing skills to gather requirements and drive delivery
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project execution frameworks

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 developers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Drive design, coding, and unit testing for assigned project modules
Communicate with customers to gather requirements and ensure development alignment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project phases effectively
Design, build, and configure applications on AS/400 platforms
Ensure adherence to Agile delivery processes and project standards

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Agile development beyond foundational familiarity
Onshore/offshore coordination experience
PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) domain experience
