Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee new automotive programs from initial customer award through successful production launch. This individual will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, suppliers, and customers to keep programs on schedule, within budget, and ready for production. Responsibilitie sManage new and revised programs from award through production launch .Lead APQP activities and coordinate cross-functional launch teams .Manage program timing, budgets, engineering changes, and customer requirements .Coordinate prototype builds, production trials, and production readiness .Work directly with customers and suppliers throughout the launch process .Manage tooling suppliers through design, build, trials, and production approval .Support root cause analysis and resolution of launch-related issues .Identify cost-reduction and continuous improvement opportunities .Qualificatio ns5+ years of engineering/program experience within automotive manufacturin g.2+ years of experience supporting or leading automotive program launche s.Strong knowledge of APQP and automotive launch processe s.Experience with injection molding and tooling strongly preferre d.Knowledge of GD&T, dimensional requirements, root cause analysis, and CA D.Engineering degree or related technical diplom a.Strong communication, organization, and project management skill #J-18808-Ljbffr
