STARR Restaurants Gift Card Guest Services Is Hiring for the Holidays! We’re looking for friendly, organized Seasonal Gift Card Associates to join our Gift Card Customer Service and Fulfillment team in this seasonal, in-office role. Position details
Required availability
- Temporary role: first week of November through the last week of December
- Set Pay: $16.00/hour
- Availability: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM
- Averaging 20–30 hours/week
- No evenings
- Additional evening hours may become available in the first week of December 2026
- On-Site/ In-person
- Old City, Philadelphia
Required availability
- Black Friday, November 27th
- 4 Mandatory Saturdays: 11/28, 12/5, 12/12 and 12/19
- Availability each Saturday from 10 AM – 5 PM
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Patient and friendly with guests
- Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- A considerate team player
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Restaurant or hospitality experience
- Familiarity with STARR Restaurants and our concepts
