Are you ready to launch your career in client services? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Wayne, PA, for a 6-month tenure as a Client Services Coordinator. Key Responsibilities

Support client services activities by interacting with representatives, sales, and scientific staff.
Update and maintain databases, and issue management reports using CRM and other systems.
Coordinate documentation such as agreements and client requests with various departments.
Manage client inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up.
Assist in organizing technical visits and managing long-term storage shipments.
Fulfill departmental SOP Coordinator role, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and policies.

Requirements

Associate degree in biotechnology, biological sciences, or a related discipline.
0-2 years of experience in client services or project management in a laboratory or research environment.
Strong multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Excel.

Preferences

Advanced education in a relevant field.
Experience in a CRO/CMO environment.
