Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Dementia care. The ideal candidate must possess a calm demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage behavioral disturbances in geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to geriatric patients with dementia.
• Assess patient needs and implement appropriate care plans.
• Monitor and manage behavioral disturbances in patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and changes in condition.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have at least 1 year of experience working with dementia patients.
• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• BLS certification required.
• Additional certifications may be required per compliance guidelines.
