Pay rate: $150- $155 /hr. on W2
Schedule: Part-Time hours/week 8-hour shifts
Core Hours: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
Duration: 6+ months / No Set End Date
Patients: Approximately per 8-hour shift
Start Date: TBD, upon completion of credentialing

Job Summary
Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible, Ohio-Licensed Psychiatrist to provide part-time behavioral health services to a male incarcerated population.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Provide medication management and behavioral health treatment.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing as needed.
• Make referrals for specialized psychiatric care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and behavioral health staff.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and peer reviews.
• Follow ODRC policies, procedures, protocols, and applicable correctional healthcare standards.
Required Qualifications
• Active Ohio Medical License
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist
• Healthcare-professional level BLS/CPR certification
• DEA certification/registration
• Completed psychiatry training
