Material Handling Equipment Operator (Forklift) — Seed Facility

Where: Tangent, OR | Schedule: Seasonal | Compensation: $22.00–$23.00/hr

About the role

Express Employment Professionals is teaming up with a global research and breeding leader renowned for high-performing, disease-tolerant sugar beet seed. With more than four decades of industry leadership, this seasonal opportunity places you on the front line of seed production—moving materials accurately and efficiently to keep the operation on target.

What you will do

Operate forklifts to transport raw materials and finished product within the facility.
Coordinate with production teams to meet daily and weekly throughput goals.
Uphold safety standards by following all site rules and procedures.
Contribute to team success by communicating clearly and pitching in where needed.

What you’ll need to succeed

Recent, hands-on forklift operating experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-centric environment.
Strong attendance and reliability.
