We seek individuals who evolve, adapt, and thrive on challenging problems.As a Front Office Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge software solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing robust, low-latency systems crucial for pricing, quoting, and hedging a diverse range of financial instruments, such as USTs, Swaps, and MBS. You will also develop innovative platforms that enable efficient risk and P&L management for our trading desks. A key aspect of your role will involve leveraging AI-driven analytics for sophisticated data analysis and to inform predictive pricing strategies.Basic QualificationsAdvanced degree in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience).
