As one of the largest EMPLOYEE-OWNED electrical contractors in the United States, you will have the unique benefit of being a shareholder at a company that is experiencing tremendous growth and success.The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for regular, temporary, full- time, or part-time staffing for positions with our company.What You'll Do:Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.Participating in developing, implementing, and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.Build solid relationships with leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.Be proactive in networking, cold calling, and "deep diving" into passive candidate networks throughout various marketsHandles confidential information in a professional manner, respecting employee privacy while maintaining company confidentiality. Interacts with various levels of management, employees, applicants, and vendors.Manages college recruitment program initiatives from coordinating events to attending events as a Company representative.Manages job postings and announcements, applicant correspondence, employee resumes, employment application forms, scheduling interviews, etc.Maintains applicant files in line with company policies and government regulations. Retains records in line with company record retention requirements. Considerable filing, faxing, copying, distribution of materials, etc.Develop relationships and create new relationships with recruiting contacts in the community.Create and maintain statistical and/or compliance reporting.Assist in the immigration process (H1- B).The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the position's role within the business unit.What You Bring To Us:Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related disciplineBachelor's degree preferredAdditional HR certifications a plus (PHR, SHRM- CP)Minimum 3 years' recruitment experienceExperience with an HRIS and ATS database; ( Taleo Preferred)Can be a combination of training, education and relevant work experience that is equivalentWhat You'll Need To Be Successful:Strong active and passive candidate sourcing skillsHigh level of discretion and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential personnel matters and documentationStrong organizational, record-keeping and follow-up skillsAttention to detail is necessary ; strong analytical skills favoredProficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle a plusPrioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessaryWork under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitudeOral and written communication skills as required for the positionSelf-motivated, proactive and an effective team playerInteract effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and othersTravel:Up to 20%Working Conditions:General work environment - sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending.
