Nursing Manager - Cardiothoracic/Vascular Operating Room

Role Overview: Responsible for managing the delivery of nursing care to a specific patient population, ensuring quality clinical outcomes and optimal resource utilization. Key Responsibilities: Create a professional practice environment aligned with organizational goals, promote coworker engagement, patient satisfaction, safety, and high-quality care. Implement elements of the Nursing Strategic Plan within the department, and uphold the organization's mission, values, and standards. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of three years of clinical experience demonstrating leadership, interpersonal skills, and management ability. Bachelor's degree required; pursuing a Baccalaureate degree acceptable if actively enrolled and completing coursework. Current RN license or Temporary Permit in the practice state. Proficiency in computer use and data analysis from multiple information systems. Preferred: BSN and Master's degree, along with specialty practice certifications.
