The Supplier Operations Specialist is responsible for coordinating supplier partnerships and executing activities that support product launches, ongoing operations, and business initiatives across AdvoCare. This role serves as a key liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, quality requirements, and service expectations. The Supplier Operations Specialist collaborates closely with Marketing, Quality, R&D, Accounting, Creative, Planning, Production, and supplier partners to successfully execute new product introductions, promotional initiatives, and continuous improvement projects while maintaining strong supplier relationships and operational excellence.

Job Summary & General Duties:

• Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with suppliers to achieve quality, service, innovation, and costobjectives.
• Coordinate supplier activities and communications tosupport product launches, packaging changes, promotional programs, and ongoing business requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to resolve issues, communicate priorities, and ensuretimelyexecution of projects.
• Lead supplier coordination efforts for new product introductions, reformulations, and commercialization initiatives, ensuring key milestones and timelines are met.

• Create and manage purchase orders and supplier commitments to support approved business requirements and project timelines.
• Evaluate supplier performance and support vendor scorecard and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing, R&D, Quality, Production, and Planning teams to ensure successful execution of launch activities and operational projects.
• Identifyand mitigate supplier-related risks that couldimpactproduct availability, launch schedules, quality standards, or customer experience.
• Supportitem set up,supplier master datamaintenance,andoperational activitieswithinOracle andotherbusinesssystems.
• Ensure activitiescomply withGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company policies, and documentation standards.

Knowledge and Skills Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related fieldrequired.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, supplier management, supply chain, commercialization, or operations.
• Consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry experiencestronglypreferred.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to execute projects and product launches.
• Strong project management, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.

• Experience with ERP systems(Oracle preferred)and data analysis tools.
