Job Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders Source, screen, and evaluate candidates, ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring process Drive requisitions forward with a strong sense of urgency and ownership Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking system Provide a strong candidate experience while balancing competing priorities and timelines Qualifications 6–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience Hands-on experience using iCIMS (non-negotiable) Experience working in fast-paced environments; for-profit background preferred, though flexible Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and deliver results quickly Ability to operate independently and “hit the ground running” in a new environment Compensation Pay Rate: $50 – $62/hr The post Recruiter appeared first on Landing Point. #J-18808-Ljbffr
