We are seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team!

Location : Valley Center, CA  92082 USA

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a fleet of heavy equipment and vehicles.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on:
  • Dingo mini skid steers
  • Skid steers
  • Mini excavators
  • John Deere and Kioti tractors
  • Small engine equipment
  • Diesel trucks and fleet vehicles (Ford, Ram, etc.)
• Perform track replacements and repairs on various equipment types.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and engine-related issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate equipment needs or concerns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a heavy equipment mechanic, diesel mechanic, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of diagnosing and repairing construction equipment and small engines.
• Experience servicing and repairing:
  • Mini skid steers and skid steers
  • Excavators and tractors
  • Diesel trucks and fleet vehicles
• Ability to change and repair tracks on heavy equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with brands such as John Deere, Kioti, Ford, and Ram is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tasks efficiently.
