Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

1. 6+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform.
2. 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation.
3. Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM applications including:

• Policy and Compliance Management
• Risk Management
• Audit Management
• Authority Documents and Control Frameworks

• Configure risk assessment questionnaires, risk scoring models, control objectives, and compliance frameworks.
• Build and maintain authority documents, controls, indicators, and issue management processes.
• Configure risk assessments, control testing, and compliance monitoring activities.
• Design and implement integrations with Archer and other needed tools.
• Develop REST/SOAP integrations where IH spoke is not available
• Design API-led integrations, MID server architecture, and data synchronization patterns.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, CSDM principles, and platform governance standards.
• Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for vulnerability KPIs and trends.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC)
