SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME DAYS) OP THERAPY

Responsibilities Ensures every patient’s entry into the hospital is timely, compassionate, compliant, and financially clear. This role bridges patient experience, clinical throughput, and revenue integrity by leading the frontline teams responsible for registration, admissions, emergency department access, pre‑registration, scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorizations, and point‑of‑service collections in a 24/7 acute care environment. The supervisor protects continuity of care, reduces avoidable delays, and secures accurate reimbursement while upholding regulatory standards and patient dignity in the absence of the Admitting Manager. Qualifications Education: High School or equivalent preferred. Experience: A minimum of three (3) years in a hospital admitting department or business office setting and (1) year in healthcare leadership required. Technical Skills: Computer proficient. License/Certification: None. Other: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patient.
