In this role you will lead a team of 4 SLPs that area passionate about the Neuro population. 50% of the role is focused on patient care and outcomes and 50% is focused on administrative tasks: Process improvement, training, chart audits, program development and expansion, and department education. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor or Master of Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) required 5+ years of Speech Language Pathology experience Previous leadership experience preferred Inpatient Rehab experienced preferred Active NV SLP license or ability to obtain Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture Excellent communication skills across all levels Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers Collaborative, team building personality style Servant leader mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr Nealy Pierce, LLC
