Business Analyst

Our clien is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the project support team, working closely with business leads and technical teams to deliver impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Dallas, TX What's the Job? Collaborate with Business Leads to create detailed business requirements and functional solutions for the Military Star Expansion off-base project. Prepare and execute user acceptance test (UAT) scenarios, supporting the implementation activities. Respond to queries from users and customers, providing expert support and guidance. Coordinate with client associates reporting to the Business Lead to ensure project goals are met efficiently. Provide SME support in CDM, CMS, CTA, and FAS subsystems of the VisionPLUS product, ensuring optimal functionality and performance. What's Needed? Experience working with the VisionPLUS product, including at least 3 years in Business Analysis within V 83x version. Proficiency with Mainframe Technologies such as Cobol, CICS, JCL, DB2, VSAM, DFSORT, Easytrieve, and File Manager. Strong functional and technical skills in CMS and CDM subsystems, with the ability to guide clients on industry best practices. Good understanding of reports, control record parameters, and VisionPLUS architecture, including batch and online processes. Exposure to User Acceptance Testing and UI testing for application processing and customer websites is advantageous. What's in it for me?
