Client Care CoordinatorDo you want to help families experiencing homelessness get their lives back on track? If so, this is the job for you! As a Client Care Coordinator at one of our shelters for families with children, you'll help families in crisis with mental health, domestic violence, and substance abuse counseling; work with children who have experienced trauma and may have other special needs; and fortify the strengths of each family. You'll complete psychosocial assessments and participate in our multidisciplinary team approach to service to ensure positive outcomes for the families we serve.
