Superintendent – K12 Construction Project – Dallas, TX Blayze Recruitment is proud to be partnered with a leading commercial general contractor in their search for an experienced Superintendent to lead a high-profile K12 construction project in the Dallas, TX area. Base Pay Range $110,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive pre-job plans Lead weekly staff and production meetings Determine appropriate construction methods and techniques Oversee and ensure top-tier quality control throughout the project Maintain project schedule, including creation of 2–3 week look-ahead plans Allocate manpower and resources effectively Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors daily Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues Ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and organization Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience (K12/School project experience highly preferred) Proven ability to lead teams and manage all aspects of site construction Excellent communication and leadership skills Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred What’s on Offer Full benefits package Join a reputable GC with a strong presence in the Texas market Opportunity to manage impactful K12 projects that benefit the community Seniority Level Mid–Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Project Management Industry Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr Blayze Group
