Residential Supervisor

Residential Supervisor Competitive pay starting at $47,520 per year. Eligible for an additional $1.50 per hour (approximately $3,120 annually) for holders of an active NADSP Frontline Supervisor Certification. Location: Devereux Pocono, Newfoundland, PA (group homes across four counties). Responsibilities Work 16 hours per week on the floor providing support in a staff-to-client ratio; complete 24 hours of managerial responsibilities per week. Provide oversight to one Residential Program, including on-call and on-the-floor support, and be available for evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed. Manage operations of assigned Residential Program: handle individual and group home finances, schedule staff, conduct monthly meetings, and other operational tasks. Deliver ongoing support, training, and development to staff working in the group home. Comply with all safety standards and licensing requirements set by Devereux and regulatory bodies. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED (minimum). Experience: Minimum two years of progressively responsible positions in a community/residential setting supporting people with disabilities; at least one year of supervisory experience in a residential treatment setting. Computer literacy required. Valid driver's license with good driving history. Physical requirements: walking/standing ½ to ¾ of the workday, sitting ¼ to ½, stooping, bending; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs; ability to operate vehicles; ability to perform CPR, First Aid, Crisis Prevention/Intervention techniques.
