Overview To ensure a safe, efficient, well-maintained hotel environment. Responsabilitites Maintain (paint, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public areas and guest rooms on an on-going basis. Keep the hotel decoration in good condition. Clean all work areas after completing the job. Fill out the Daily Work form. Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergencies. Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations. Physical Requirements 100% of mobility required in all areas of hotel property and ground Stairs - up to approximately 90 steps All areas of the resort (indoors and outdoors). Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions. Exposure to various hazardous chemicals. Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
