Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified CNC Lathe Operator to join our team in Camp Hill, PA.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Job Responsibilities

Safely follow all operating procedures
Change programs and set tools as needed
Operate overhead cranes and material handlers
Lift, push, and pull materials
Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Work in multiple roles alongside teammates to meet time-sensitive deadlines
Maintain inventory counts
Operate basic hand tools
Maintain schedule flexibility

Safety

Demonstrate safe work practices at all times
Maintain housekeeping standards
Support and promote a safe work environment

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
CNC experience

Preferred Qualifications

CNC programming experience
Pipe threading experience
Previous CNC production experience
