Registered Nurse - LTC Baltimore, MD; Levindale Hospital Hall 2 | Full‑time Night Shift 7:00 pm – 7:30 am Staff Nurse – $34.33–$53.21 per hour (experience based) Job Summary Provides safe, age‑appropriate patient care and serves as an advisor and resource for patients and their families as a member of the patient care team. Conducts and documents initial and ongoing assessments, gathers data relevant to the patient/family’s individual needs, develops and documents a plan of care for selected patients, implements, documents, and provides care and education based on the plan of care, and evaluates and documents outcomes of nursing practice. Responsibilities Deliver safe, age‑appropriate patient care. Advise and support patients and families as part of the care team. Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and gather relevant data. Develop and document individualized plans of care. Implement, document, and provide care and education according to the plan of care. Evaluate and document outcomes of nursing practice. Requirements Associate’s degree in Nursing (2 years of college) or equivalent. Licensed Registered Nurse in Maryland. CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Proficiency with computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Cerner, Synquest Standard, and basic medical terminology. Knowledge of the Nursing Process based on the MD Nurse Practice Act and strong critical‑thinking skills. Basic familiarity with medical equipment. Less than one year of experience acceptable.
