CNC Machinist

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the industrial department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Laconia, NH

Pay Range: $20-25

Shift: Day shift (6:30 am to 3 pm) or Evening shift (11 am to 7:30 pm)

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including vertical and horizontal machining centers
• Program and adjust G & M codes to ensure precision manufacturing
• Inspect finished parts for quality and adherence to specifications
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with CNC machine setup and operation
• Knowledge of G & M codes and CNC programming
• Experience with vertical and horizontal machining centers
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and engineering principles
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
