What We're Looking For Perform full life-cycle recruiting and partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and fill positions effectively. Source candidates using a wide range of tools, including job boards, internal databases, social media, advertisements, and proactive outreach. Manage job postings, review resumes, schedule interviews, provide benefit information, and extend job offers. Participate in Talent Acquisition team meetings and contribute recruiting updates. Maintain applicant profiles in SuccessFactors (HRIS). Develop creative sourcing strategies and share best practices across the team. Evaluate candidates for skill and competency fit and ensure strong offer acceptance rates through effective communication and pre closing. Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and partner across the organization to support business goals. Build and maintain talent pipelines through relationships with internal teams, external partners, and professional organizations. What We're Looking For 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience. Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proven success in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates. Experience using proactive sourcing methods (job boards, Boolean searches, CRM/ATS tools, career fairs, social media, etc.). Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably SuccessFactors, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to participate in recruitment meetings and attend hiring/networking events. Experience recruiting for technical roles such as engineers, technicians, software and cyber talent, and skilled trades. Demonstrated success managing full life-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, candidate evaluation, offer management, and closing. Experience recruiting for technical skill sets, such as engineering, cybersecurity, information technology, software, technicians, skilled trades and/or other specialized roles. Experience using proactive sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, job boards, social media, professional networks, internal databases, referrals, and direct candidate outreach. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting business priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to build trusted relationships and provide consultative guidance to hiring managers and business leaders. Ability to travel occasionally for hiring events, business meetings, or other recruiting activities. Preferred Experience Active engagement in digital and social recruiting. Understanding of compliance requirements and talent acquisition processes. Technical industry knowledge and familiarity with relevant skill sets, companies, and talent communities. Experience recruiting within the defense, aerospace, intelligence, federal contracting, or government services industries. Experience recruiting candidates with active security clearances or supporting positions with clearance and security requirements. Experience supporting high-volume hiring, program transitions, contract awards, incumbent capture, or contingent hiring. Knowledge of technical and mission-focused talent markets, relevant employers, professional organizations, and talent communities. Demonstrated ability to develop sourcing strategies for critical, specialized, or difficult-to-fill positions. Strong business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders using recruiting data and market insights. Understanding of federal contractor compliance requirements and Talent Acquisition policies and processes.
