MAKE READY

The Make Ready is responsible for assisting in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.The Make Ready is also responsible for the make-ready process consistent with the property’s operational objectives under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Make Ready will also assist with any special projects needed. Community Maintenance Regular/daily onsite attendance is required Ensure make-ready units meet property standards before new residents move in, which may include repairing or replacing fixtures, painting, installing new appliances, and checking plumbing and electrical systems Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner #J-18808-Ljbffr Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint
