Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal And Time Management Skills
• High School Diploma Or Equivalent
• Must Be Able To Lift 40-50 Pounds And Stand On Feet All Day
• Must Have Good Computer Skills And Excellent Organizational Skills
• Ability To Calculate Figures/Amounts Including; Discounts, Interest, Percentages
• Valid Driver's License And Clean Driving Record

Responsibilities

• Receive Incoming Parts Orders
• Match Against Order To Ensure All Parts Are Received, In Quality Condition And Moved To Inventory
• Communicate With Staff When Parts Have Arrived
• Update Computer System With Delivery Arrival And Order Status
• Read And Understand The Parts Catalog When Looking Up And Speaking To Specific Parts
• Answer Phone Calls And Assist Team
• Provide High Level Service To Both Internal And External Customers
• Pull/Fill Orders From Stock And Maintain Weekly Bin Checks To Ensure Accuracy Of Stock
• Notify Parts Manager Of Out-Of-Stock Parts Or Shop Materials That Need Immediate Attention
• Drive Parts Truck To Pick Up Orders As Needed
• Receive Payment From Retail Customers Or Obtains Credit Authorization
• Other Duties As Assigned
