Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Event Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and customer engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities * Assist with the setup, coordination, and breakdown of promotional events. * Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance. * Support event logistics to ensure activities run smoothly. * Help guide attendees and create a positive event experience. * Maintain clean and organized event spaces. * Provide outstanding customer service during events. * Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. * Gather attendee feedback to support future event improvements. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Strong attention to detail and reliability. * Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. * Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
