Event Staff

Urban Park Services supports urban events and operations by providing organized parking coordination, guest assistance, and event support services in busy environments. Position Overview We are hiring motivated Event Staff for an immediate start in Charlotte. This role involves assisting with event operations, guest support, crowd coordination, and maintaining organized service areas during events and public activities. Key Responsibilities Assist with event setup and breakdown Welcome guests and provide directions or assistance Support parking and pedestrian flow during events Maintain organized and safe event areas Respond professionally to guest questions and concerns Work closely with supervisors and team members Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand and move for extended periods Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Immediate availability preferred Compensation & Benefits Salary: $18 – $28 per hour Flexible scheduling options Paid training Opportunities for growth Supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
