Position Summary Harvest Advertising Inc is hiring an Events Assistant to support promotional events, community outreach initiatives, and brand engagement activities. This entry-level position provides hands‑on experience in event coordination, marketing support, and customer interaction. Responsibilities Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown. Support promotional campaigns and community events. Welcome attendees and provide event information. Prepare and organize promotional materials and displays. Assist with event registration and attendee coordination. Maintain event schedules and logistical records. Represent client brands professionally during promotional activities.
