If you have experience finding, crafting, and elevating compelling ideas into impactful stories, this is a unique opportunity to help us define the creative core our future projectsResponsibilitiesAct as the creative authority on story approval and development within the departmentMentor the creative skills of a dedicated storytelling team, ensuring strong direction and oversightEvaluate, refine, and approve narrative pitches, storylines, characters, and settingsMaintain narrative quality across multiple projects, formats and genresFoster a shared narrative cultureRequirements10+ years experience in story development, narrative direction, or creative leadership (e.g. holding positions such as Showrunner, Narrative Director, Editor-in-Chief)History of creating and developing award winning stories Passion and deep understanding of what makes a compelling narrative across multiple genresTrack record of finishing scripts through a combination of providing feedback and hands-on editsPortfolio demonstrates exceptional character development, with memorable casts and impactful arcsAn engaging communicator who can inspire confidence, enthusiasm, and shared ownership of a narrativeThis is a full-time, on-site role, requiring your presence in the office to support collaboration and creativityWhat We OfferAn international team of over 500 employees spread across 7 studios around the world, each of which have their own unique qualities, and maintain a small-studio feelAn open, collaborative environment where ideas are welcome and encouragedA managerial team consisting of highly experienced game developers at the top of their fieldsSharing hobbies and passions with like-minded colleaguesInclusive environment with many activities organized by the studios or the employeesCommitment to making the best game possible for the fans, including listening to community feedback
