Top Skills Strong Experience with vendor relationships PO Creation Exposure/Experience to be cross functional within the team Position Summary The Supply Chain Specialist I will support daily supply chain operations by coordinating material availability, supplier communications, inventory management activities, and purchase order execution to ensure uninterrupted business operations and high service levels. Key Responsibilities Create and manage purchase orders to support operational requirements. Monitor supplier deliveries and follow up on open orders to ensure on-time receipt. Expedite critical materials and resolve supply issues as they arise. Track and maintain accurate order status within ERP systems. Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment activities. Analyze stock shortages, excess inventory, and material availability concerns. Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, order changes, and issue resolution. Support demand and supply planning activities as needed. Prepare and maintain supply chain performance reports and KPI tracking. Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to address supply chain requirements. Maintain accurate master data and supply chain records. Support continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization efforts. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, materials planning, inventory management, or related functions. Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
