Position: Manufacturing Specialist

Location: Draper, UT – 84020

Duration: 6 Months    

Job Type: Temporary Assignment 

Work Type: On-Site    

1st Shift – 5 AM – 3:30 PM           

2nd Shift - 04:00 PM to 2:30 AM

3rd Shift - 10:00 PM to 07:30 AM

Job Description:

• The Manufacturing Specialist supports daily manufacturing operations by setting up, operating, and loading production equipment while maintaining efficient workflow and equipment readiness.
• The role involves monitoring machine performance, making in-process parameter adjustments, performing standard tool adjustments and basic machine care, and maintaining accurate production logs using computer systems.
• The specialist works in an equipment-floor environment with automated visual inspection stations and follows established operating procedures, quality requirements, and safety guidelines.
• The position requires basic English communication skills and flexibility to work assigned second- or third-shift schedules.

Responsibilities as a Manufacturing Specialist:-

• Equipment setup and operations.
• Setting up, running, and loading manufacturing equipment.
• In-process machine parameter modifications.
• Standard tool adjustments and machine care.
• Basic computer skills for system logs.

Working Environment:-         

• Equipment floors, automated visual inspection stations.
• Minimum Requirements
• Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift as assigned.
