ACT Case Manager — Community-Based Mental Health

Cns-Healthcare is seeking a Case Manager for Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) in Pontiac, MI. In this full-time role, the Case Manager will provide community-based mental health services to individuals with serious mental illness.
