Inpatient CDI Manager - Clinical Documentation Excellence

Optum

Optum is seeking a Clinical Document Improvement Specialist Manager to oversee CDI programs and day-to-day CDI processes for inpatient records at Optum 360 clients. You will supervise staff, coach providers, and drive documentation accuracy to support proper code assignment and patient condition reflection. Travel between facilities is required; you will mentor CDI staff, perform audits, and collaborate with the CDI Director and physicians to improve documentation quality. #J-18808-Ljbffr Optum
