- You have 3+ years of experience in marketing, project management, program management, brand management, or related fields

- You have experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

- You are highly organized and excel at managing details without losing sight of the bigger picture

- You are comfortable working in highly ambiguous environments and are energized by building new processes, programs, and ways of working

- You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and can move initiatives forward with limited direction or established frameworks

- You are comfortable navigating competing priorities and evolving business needs in a fast-paced growth environment

- You are comfortable using data, reporting, and insights to support recommendations and decision-making

- You possess strong business acumen and approach challenges with an enterprise mindset

- You are a strong collaborator who can influence and align stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organization
