Responsibilities include: - Support the daily operations of the community and provide leadership to department heads - Help recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing team members - Partner with the sales team to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and resident satisfaction - Assist with budgeting, expense management, and financial performance - Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations - Promote resident, family, and employee engagement - Support quality assurance, safety initiatives, and risk management programs - Monitor building appearance, maintenance, and overall community presentation - Foster a culture built on Arbor's Service Way and exceptional customer service - Build positive relationships with residents, families, vendors, and team members What We're Looking For - Minimum 2 years of Assisted Living operations management experience - Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills - Experience managing budgets and operational performance - Knowledge of employee relations and HR best practices - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel - Ability to obtain Florida Assisted Living Administrator licensure if not currently licensed - Passion for serving seniors and leading with compassion Why Arbor?
