Position: Customer Service Representative Full-Time in Phoenix, AZ - Entry Level - Sales Location : 4931 WBrill St., Phoenix, AZ 85043 Department : Customer Service Pay Rate : $16.50 - $17.00 per hour (Depends on Experience) with 90‑day Pay Rate Change Based on Evaluation In‑person, 40 hour a week position (8 hour shifts, 30 minute lunch) Data‑entry based, heavy computer use, will require tape measure use Order placement supervision (Business to Business, no call‑center interactions) Company Overview Glaz‑Tech Industries is a wholesale manufacturer and supplier of residential, commercial, and specialty glass. We offer a broad product line in the flat glass industry, including low‑e, laminated, tempered safety, tinted, reflective glass, and dual‑pane insulated units. Summary Glaz‑Tech is looking for a responsible, adaptable, detailed, and self‑driven Customer Service Representative. The role includes receiving customer calls, entering orders, and coordinating with the supervisor to provide accurate information and resolve inquiries or pickups. All applicants are subject to background checks and drug screens. After the probationary period, health benefits will be available and training on glass materials will be provided. Responsibilities Answer customer calls and engage with customers to understand their glass needs Follow up with customers on the status of their purchase Learn and use the ordering system to place glass orders Potentially make sales calls to prospective and existing customers Requirements Strong computer and typing abilities Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Accuracy and attention to detail Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years or older High School Diploma or equivalent Authorized to work in the US 2 years of customer service experience Experience in the glass industry (preferred) Glaz‑Tech Industries is an Equal Opportunity and E‑Verify Employer.
