Exciting opportunity available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist eager to make a significant impact within elementary settings. This contract position supports students in two elementary buildings near Minneapolis, MN, with a commitment averaging approximately 23 hours per week (0.6 FTE). Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold active SLP-CCC credentials
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience in school-based settings, with a focus on elementary-aged students (K–5)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to organize a flexible schedule and adapt to evolving caseload needs
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered intervention practices
• Willingness to commute between two elementary campuses as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to eligible K–5 students
• Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEP goals and communication objectives
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to enhance student learning
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Adjust therapy plans proactively according to student progress and caseload requirements
