LHH is actively partnering with a growing integrated marketing agency in the Greater Green Bay, WI area to identify a full-time Creative Director.

Location: Hybrid schedule with a required in-office presence 3 days per week in the Greater Green Bay region.

Relocation Support: Available for candidates who meet the qualifications.

Compensation: $100K-$125K based on experience, plus bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, and additional employee perks.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Creative Director or comparable creative leadership position, ideally within a small to mid-sized marketing or advertising agency environment. Candidates with a blend of agency and in-house experience are also encouraged to apply.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating impactful creative work across multiple channels and platforms.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop creative talent while building high-performing teams.
• Strong awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, AI innovations, and creative best practices.
• Experience presenting creative strategies and campaign concepts to clients and contributing to business development efforts.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
• Passion for bringing fresh ideas, creative excellence, and innovative problem-solving to an organization.
• Track record of supporting both existing client growth opportunities and new business pursuits.

This role is ideal for an experienced agency creative leader who thrives on concept development, creative strategy, and translating big ideas into impactful campaigns.
