Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients with acute and chronic disorders.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine functional abilities and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving patient goals.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Current California state license in Occupational Therapy.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
