Senior Implementation Consultant

To support the launch of a new Professional Services function, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will lead complex enterprise deployments, design implementation methodologies, and manage client expectations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design and document repeatable implementation methodologies and project plans based on practical experiences Manage end-to-end complex deployments, ensuring a seamless transition to Customer Success through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Translate client needs into actionable technical specifications and redesign legacy workflows to leverage UpGuard's automation Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, solutions architecture, or professional services, with a focus on large-scale organizations Experience with PSA tools such as Rocketlane or Certinia Proven ability to engage with executive stakeholders and guide customers toward best practices Technical aptitude to read API documentation and troubleshoot integrations Experience in cybersecurity, GRC, or Third-Party Risk Management is preferred but not mandatory
