Job Summary:

Provide specialized outpatient physical therapy services to patients, focusing on improving mobility, relieving pain, and restoring functional ability. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
  
  
• 
  Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active state or federal-issued physical therapy license.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in patient assessment and therapeutic interventions.
  
  
• 
  Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  
  
• 
  Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred.
