Key Responsibilities Lesson Planning and Instruction Study and implement lesson plans aligned to curriculum standards. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and technologies. Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars. Assessment and Evaluation Assess student progress through assignments, tests, observations. Provide timely feedback and support. Maintain accurate records. Classroom Management Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures. Communication and Collaboration Communicate with students, parents, guardians. Collaborate with teachers, staff, administration. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree before your first day. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for learning and student development. Ability to work in person in New York City.
