Direct Counsel is partnering with a respected and growing plaintiff-side Employment & Civil Rights Litigation firm based in Sherman Oaks. The firm is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join a high-impact team advocating for employees' rights and civil liberties across Los Angeles and beyond.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed California attorney

• 3+ years of experience practicing Employment Law (plaintiff-side preferred)

• Strong litigation background — experience handling depositions, law & motion, and court appearances is a major plus

• Team-oriented, highly organized, and client-centered

• Passion for employment law and a commitment to justice

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle a caseload of employment law matters from intake through resolution

• Collaborate closely with a team of seasoned litigators on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour cases

• Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions

• Participate in mediations, depositions, and trial preparation

Position Details:

• Full-time

• On-site in a centrally located Sherman Oaks office

• Monday through Friday schedule

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $100,000 – $180,000 , commensurate with experience

• Bonus potential based on performance
