Assembler

Position Summary We are hiring Assemblers for a leading automotive manufacturing facility in Lancaster, Ohio. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations. No prior manufacturing experience is required—we provide on-the-job training. As an Assembler, you'll work with injection-molded components and operate press equipment to assemble automotive headlights and taillights in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Safely operate press machinery and production equipment Assemble injection-molded parts onto automotive lighting components Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety policies and work procedures Work collaboratively with team members to support production Qualifications Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience is helpful but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Why Join Us?
