Position Overview

A growing multi-entity organization is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee cash management, banking operations, liquidity, debt administration, and treasury operations across approximately 15 entities. This role reports to the Controller and supervises a small Accounts Payable team.

The Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of treasury or cash management experience

• Experience in a multi-entity organization

• Hands-on experience with cash flow forecasting and liquidity management

• Experience managing ACH, wire transfers, Positive Pay, and banking portals

• Experience administering loans, lines of credit, and debt schedules

• Advanced Excel skills

• ERP experience (Sage preferred)

• AP supervisory experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations across multiple entities

• Forecast cash flow and optimize cash positioning

• Coordinate intercompany cash transfers

• Process ACH, wire transfers, and electronic payments

• Maintain banking portals, user access, and payment controls

• Manage debt schedules, lender reporting, and corporate credit cards

• Supervise Accounts Payable

• Prepare treasury reporting and support audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

• 4+ years of treasury, corporate finance, or cash management experience

• Strong knowledge of treasury operations and electronic banking

• Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
