About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the global marketing strategy and elevate its brand presence among top executive decision-makers. The successful candidate will be responsible for uniting brand, digital, content, demand generation, and go-to-market execution into a cohesive growth engine. This role requires a visionary leader who can translate the company's unique, human-centered approach to leadership and organizational transformation into compelling marketing narratives that resonate with C-suite audiences. Key responsibilities include brand development, market positioning, demand generation, campaign design, and digital strategy. The Head of Marketing will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence, and ensuring that marketing efforts are data-driven and directly contribute to the company's growth and revenue goals. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 10-15 years' of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in B2B, consulting, or professional services. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in building integrated marketing programs that drive brand awareness and revenue impact, as well as expertise in brand strategy, demand generation, digital marketing, content development, and analytics. Strong executive presence and the ability to partner effectively with C-suite leaders are essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading and developing marketing teams, and be capable of creating and executing marketing strategies that align with the company's growth priorities. A data-driven approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are also required.
