Position Overview IMS is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support a high-visibility Engineering and Construction program in Tullahoma, TN. This individual will lead and manage an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Oracle Primavera P6 in support of project leadership and operational execution. Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in Primavera P6 Perform monthly schedule status updates and reporting Analyze and implement schedule changes and impacts Coordinate directly with project leadership and stakeholders Present schedule status, metrics, and updates to management Support schedule integrity, logic development, and forecasting activities Ensure scheduling best practices and project controls compliance Required Qualifications Experience using Oracle Primavera P6 Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field plus at minimum of at least 6years of post degree experience U.S. Citizenship required Experience presenting schedule status and project updates to management Strong understanding of integrated project scheduling methodologies Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Engineering and Construction projects Familiarity with government or defense-related programs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Work Environment 100% On-site in Tullahoma, TN No remote work available Collaborative and team-oriented environment Opportunity to support a cutting-edge, high-tech project Why Join IMS?
